Z-Star Series

Precision-engineered for hard milling high-hardness materials (HRc 50-70), Z-Star End Mills are ideal for applications in die and mold manufacturing. Available in both metric (Ø1–Ø20mm) and imperial sizes (1/32"–3/4"), these tools feature a TiAlN or AlTiSiNcoating for superior wear resistance and thermal stability.

Classified under ISO 513 groups H and P, Z-Star End Mills offer helix angles ranging from 15°, 30° and 45° and 2–6 flute configurations. Shank tolerances meet h6 standards for high-precision fits, and corner radius options include sharp 90° edges and radii from 0.2mm–3.0mm.
